You can’t be a Canadian foodie without writing at least once on the classic Canadian dish. Poutine is a staple item in everyone’s list of comfort food. The idea of greasy fries covered in gooey gravy topped off with melting cheese curds will make any winter blues disappear. That being said, I knew my trip to Montreal would not be complete without a feast on its most popular food.
